1. You will need to make an account prior to purchasing.

This is to ensure that both our payment processor and learning module system (LMS) are synced up to charge and enroll the correct person. Once you register with your username and password, you can login at any time in the menu at the top of the homepage. Contact Lauren Erickson, our course manager, if you have trouble logging in.

2. Use the same email for registration and billing.

Again, this is to make sure our payment processor and LMS are synced up so things run automatically. If you put in two different emails, you may have trouble getting immediate access to the course after purchase. If that's the case, please reach out to Lauren Erickson to update this information and gain access.

3. You can expect to see a different charge name on your credit card statement.

Please note that this charge that will show up on your credit card as "ONWARDBOUND" or "ONWARD". This is our partner team that we've worked with to create this course and they currently handle the accounting with this course. Please reach out to them at their support email, lauren@onward.marketing if you have questions.

4.You should be emailed an invoice within 30 minutes of purchasing.

This will be sent to the email you registered with your student account. If you do not, there is a basic Excel-based invoice you can download from your dashboard. You will also receive an email from Lauren Erickson welcoming you to the course within 24 hours of registering.
